12 Month Limited Warranty Policy

We believe exceptional products deserve exceptional support. That’s why Vault X provides a 12-month Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.

What’s Covered

Vault X products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This includes:

●    Manufacturing defects and workmanship issues (e.g. distorted pages or pockets, loose threads)
●    Structural or functional failures (e.g. zip issues, pocket tearing, seam failures, magnets detaching)
●    Defects that materially impair the ordinary functionality of the product under normal intended use

If a valid warranty claim is approved, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law, provide a replacement, repair, store credit or refund. Shipping for valid warranty claims is always free of charge.

What’s Not Covered

Our Limited Warranty does not cover the following types of damage:

●    Normal wear and tear (e.g. sleeve or spine degradation, fading, scuffing)
●    Damage caused by misuse, modification, or customisation
●    Accidental damage (e.g. spills, incorrect cleaning)
●    Improper storage, misuse, or use outside the product’s intended purpose
How to Make a Claim
To make a claim:

●    Include proof of purchase and photos of the issue
●    If your claim is approved, we will determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with this Limited Warranty

This warranty is limited in duration to 12 months from the date of purchase and applies only to products purchased directly from Vault X or from authorised sellers approved by Vault X. It does not affect rights you may have under applicable state or federal consumer protection laws. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this Limited Warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
