Christmas Deliveries

For the best chance of receiving your delivery before Christmas - please place your orders on or before Saturday 6th December. We will of course attempt to deliver any orders placed after that date as quickly as possible but if you need it for Christmas make sure to get your orders in early.

SHIPPING (United States)

All orders to the United States and Canada are shipped using a standard delivery service. We typically process all in-stock orders within 48 hours. During peak periods—such as holidays, major sales, or special edition releases—processing times may take longer. If your order has not been marked as dispatched after five business days (excluding weekends), please contact us via the Help widget so we can investigate and provide an update.

If your order has not arrived within seven working days of dispatch, please reach out to our support team using the Help widget so that we can assist.
We do not offer alternative delivery options or expedited shipping services. All orders are shipped using our standard delivery method.
Shipments to the USA and Canada are handled by UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

BACKORDERS / PRE-ORDERS

Orders that include pre-order or backorder items will only be dispatched once all products are available. Estimated ship dates are provided for guidance but may change based on supplier timelines or shipping logistics.
